Der GLKN setzt ab Februar 2018 an den drei Standorten Singen, Konstanz und Radolfzell die Softwarel\u00f6sung CareSD f\u00fcr den sozialen Dienst ein und l\u00f6st damit LEXsoft Sozialdienst ab.<\/p>\n<p>Zus\u00e4tzlich starten der Landkreis Biberach a. d. Ri\u00df und die Stadt Wilhelmshaven mit der <a href=\"http:\/\/www.carecm.de\">Softwarel\u00f6sung CareCM<\/a>. Die beiden Kunden setzen CareCM \u2013 Software f\u00fcr Beratungs- und Koordinierungsstellen zuk\u00fcnftig in Ihren Pflegeberatungsstellen ein.
