Damit konnten wir ein weiteres Bundesland von unserem Produkt \u00fcberzeugen.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Wir freuen uns sehr, dass durch den Zuschlag im Vergabeverfahren \u201eLieferung, Inbetriebnahme, Pflege und Betrieb einer landesweit einheitlichen Dokumentationssoftware f\u00fcr die Pflegest\u00fctzpunkte im Saarland\u201c, mit dem Saarland nun das dritte Bundesland, nach Berlin und Rheinland-Pfalz fl\u00e4chendeckend auf unsere Dokumentationsl\u00f6sung CareCM f\u00fcr Pflegest\u00fctzpunkte setzt.<\/p>\n<p>Insgesamt 60 AnwenderInnen dokumentieren ihre Beratungsgespr\u00e4che zuk\u00fcnftig mit unserer Software an neun Pflegest\u00fctzpunkten, die u.a. mit dem Ministerium f\u00fcr Arbeit, Soziales, Frauen und Gesundheit Saarland zusammenarbeiten. Neben der M\u00f6glichkeit, Beratungsgespr\u00e4che sowohl im B\u00fcro als auch w\u00e4hrend des Hausbesuchs mobil und offline zu dokumentieren, lag ein weiterer Fokus auf der Zukunftsf\u00e4higkeit des Systems. Insbesondere die M\u00f6glichkeit, erarbeitete Versorgungspl\u00e4ne \u00fcber die Telematikinfrastruktur durch den Fachdienst KIM zu versenden, war entscheidend.<\/p>\n<p>Die n\u00e4chsten Schritte in der Zusammenarbeit beinhalten:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Erarbeitung und Bereitstellung des Feinkonzepts bis Ende 2024<\/li>\n<li>Beginn der Implementierungsphase und umfassende Tests in 2025<\/li>\n<li>Schulungen f\u00fcr alle relevanten Nutzergruppen bis Ende 2025<\/li>\n<li>Offizielle \u00dcberf\u00fchrung von CareCM in den Produktivbetrieb ab dem 2.
