Ob Verwaltungssoftware, Excel-Tabellen oder handschriftliche Notizen &#8211; die Dokumentations-Methoden sind vielschichtig und teilweise immer noch analog und m\u00fchsam.<\/p>\n<p>Gleichzeitig \u00e4ndern sich die Anspr\u00fcche an zeitgem\u00e4\u00dfe Pflegeberatung. Erst Ende des Jahres 2023 wurde bspw. die technische Beschreibung zum elektronischen Austausch des Versorgungsplans ver\u00f6ffentlicht. Dies ist f\u00fcr die Pflegeberatungsstellen relevant, die Pflegeberatung nach \u00a7 7a SGB XI anbieten. Gerne stellen wir Ihnen mit CareCM eine L\u00f6sung vor, die bereits bundesweit genutzt wird und die sich je nach Anwendungsfall individualisieren l\u00e4sst.<\/p>\n<p>Im Webinar erfahren Sie<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>wie Sie digital und datenschutzkonform dokumentieren,<\/li>\n<li>dabei schnelle telefonische sowie pers\u00f6nliche, komplexe Beratungen abbilden und<\/li>\n<li>wie sich mit wenigen Klicks Statistiken (z.B.
