CareSD – Software for discharge management and social services in hospitals
CareSD is a software solution for process guidance and support of clinical social services and case management in healthcare. The focus of the software is on supporting central tasks of social services and case management in both acute and rehabilitation clinics, such as discharge management. The software solution was developed in close cooperation with the German Association for Social Work in Health Care e.V.and supports you in your daily work in a user-friendly and practice-oriented way.
